We enable small business to schedule, administrate, and communicate with their employees more efficiently, transparently, and with less hassle. We are a startup-spinoff from ATOSS, an established and highly successfull company which has been driving the workforce management market since more than 30 years.
We are currently looking for a new team member to join us and ATOSS on our mission in the role of a
in the Product development department in our office in Munich, Germany.
As our CTO, you are responsible for the complete technical foundament that makes Crewmeister a product that our customers just love to use - now and in the future.
More specifically, that means playing successfully on the following four fields:
Development productivity: Make sure that our agile development process runs smoothly and with extraordinary productivity while mantaining a high level of quality. Set sensible targets and measure progress using our ticket system and kanban boards. Push yourself and the team to deliver on time and quality, making sure to have a sharp focus on the next great function that our customers are waiting for.
Application availability and performance: Take care that Crewmeister is online 24/7, consistently answering client requests with low response times. Build up and maintain an operations infrastructure that is scalable for millions of customers around the globe. Protect our systems against abuse or data loss and ensure a high level of data privacy.
Architectural simpicity and stability: Stay on top of the software architecture of our server and the clients (browser/apps). Help the team to make sensible decisions on unit, application and system level, balancing between pragmatic shortcuts and future-proofeness. Keep our test coverage high and encourage refactoring to keep our archticture as simple as possible, but not simpler than that.
Team management: Actively and regularly reach out to all team members and help them become better developers. Forster team interaction and hold up motivation, especially when the times are challenging. Facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing in the team. Attract new talents and professionalize our onboarding to fuel the next growth stages for Crewmeister.
