As a key member of our dynamic startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people and organizational development strategies. Collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving projects that enhance our vibrant and innovative culture, leveraging the latest in AI and tech solutions to optimize processes and tools.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for personnel and organizational development in close collaboration with the CEO, leadership team, and HR administration.
Lead and execute projects in personnel and organizational development, including change management and leveraging AI and technology to continuously improve processes and tools.
Manage projects, tailoring programs and tools to support the ongoing optimization and adaptation of the organization, and identifying cutting-edge tools and methods.
Design and implement initiatives across the Talent Management Journey, including succession planning, performance and development reviews, and customized learning experiences using modern and agile methods.
Develop and execute leadership development concepts in close alignment with business objectives, and facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to support change management, team development, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
A degree in Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Psychology, or Educational Science, complemented by several years of professional experience in personnel and organizational development.
Proven experience in project management.
Knowledge of modern personnel and organizational development processes and tools (e.g., Change Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, Culture Development, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
